Parent Advisory Council

Parent Advisory Council meetings are open to all parents and community members. Both councils meet a minimum of 6 times per year. These councils are a great opportunity for parents who would like to be more involved at Lemay.

School Site Council (SSC)

School Site Council (SSC) is a decision making body that  meets at least 6 times a year to develop, review and certify the Single Plan for Student Achievement and make decisions regarding budget. It is composed of 5 school faculty members and 5 parents/ community members.

English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC)

English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) members are responsible for assisting in the school's decision making committee address the needs of English Learners. They provide input on the school's needs assessment, budget development and Single Plan for Student Achievement as it relates to English Learners. The composition of this committee is based upon the number of students classified as English Learners at the school.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Needs Assessment Survey for the 2024-2025 Categorical School Budget

 

This NEEDS ASSESSMENT tool will be used to gather input from stakeholders in our school community, to help guide the development of the Categorical Budget for the 2024-2025 School Year. 

We are asking our Lemay parents to please take some time to fill out the form. Your input is very important and will be taken into consideration by our School Site Council who will make the final budget decisions.
